Phuong draws on more than 18 years of management and training experience in local and foreign invested organisations. He also has a sound background and experiences of training in both academic and business environment. This allows him to gain the truth of his participants and respond with empathy to the issues that they face.
Obtaining a Master degree in Educational Management, Phuong has a particular interest in teaching approach and in initiating learning potential from the learners. He is committed to facilitating programs where people change their perceptions, and as a result, change their behaviours towards a better performance at workplace.
Phuong are working as both course designer and trainer. His latest job was involved in designing the workbooks and management training courses for SMEs people. He also took part in the project “Train-the-trainer” for the training agents of his organisation.
His ability to set a highly motivated learning atmosphere and to communicate training concepts via a wide range of exciting adult training methods challenges and excites his participants, and facilitates their achievement of project objectives. Phuong is passionate in his commitment to maintain and model high standards of professionalism and to challenge his participants to think critically and constructively.
As a Consultant, Project Manager, and Facilitator, Phuong is able to very quickly develop rapport with Human Resource Managers and Client Managers. He adds extra value to client relationships by being able to readily translate and understand clients’ needs.
